Christopher Peter Meloni is an American actor and is famous for his role in the famous television shows like 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. Since his college days, Meloni was interested in the field of acting. He then studied at his home institution, the University of Colorado at Boulder. His characters in television have gained him a lot of attention. He is able to play two characters, one from the perspective of police officers and different. That's what is what makes him so famous. His first project was a TV serial and later, he played an officer for the NYPD. Because of his portrayal on the smaller screen, he's been up for nomination many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards. The piercingly blue eyes of his face are considered as the most captivating aspect of his appearance. The eyes have been employed to portray rough characters as well as give them a sense of humour.
