She was an emotional foodie who was sick and unhealthy all the time. Following the deaths of both parents, away at the age of 50, her father because of a heartattack and her mother due to arthritis-she made the decision to manage her health. The focus was not on food regimens, but instead about discovering the best way to optimize our body's function.
